Formed in 1955 and sitting on the main street of town, Parkes Leagues Club is the biggest entertainment venue in Parkes. With a bistro, bars, function rooms and an auditorium, the club caters for everything from everyday meals to large community events.
Nextrend has worked with the club across several stages to refresh its dining and bar spaces with a consistent, hard-wearing furniture package.
The dining areas were fitted with 120 Atlanta chairs in an oak frame with dark grey fabric seat pads and large ply backrests, paired with Seasoned Oak melamine tops on Seattle folding bases. The folding bases make it easy for staff to reconfigure the room for functions and larger events.
In the bar areas, Atlanta barstools in the matching oak and dark grey finish line Spire 950 bar-height frames with castors, allowing the tables to be moved and regrouped as needed. A later stage added round Seasoned Oak bar tables on Astoria bar bases, along with more Atlanta barstools to extend the seating.
Delivered in stages to suit the club's needs, the fitout gives Parkes Leagues Club a warm, cohesive look that ties its spaces together while standing up to the demands of a busy regional venue.
